Payment on time Communication Professionalism the communication and effort to pay after event is just unprofessional and disrespectful. After spending five hours outside, giving out ice cold drinks, putting your hand in buckets of ice cold water without any gloves

They need to pay their employees! PSA: DO NOT work for “The Brand Pillars!” Don’t apply to their gigs—they have a history of not paying employees in multiple states (including Texas and California). I’m still chasing payment for work I did in October.

Inform the brand ambassadors of payment and make them aware of timeline. I worked with the brand during the pop up after the merch portion and already got paid by the agency that hired the pop up portion within three weeks. Please be transparent and keep your brand ambassadors in the loop.

Do not work with this company. This is the second event I worked with them and both times payment was late. For this festival, I reached out on the deadline for payment. The company responded by saying payment would be a week late and offered one hour of pay in return. I have still not been paid.
