Clear onboarding/training sent early, great communication with a friendly and supportive manager, and very flexible scheduling and uniform expectations. Overall, well-organized and easy to work with.

What can this company improve?

No overlap between solo shifts made transitions somewhat challenging. Merchandise wasn’t secured and there were no inventory counts, requiring extra vigilance. I also couldn’t meet the posted minimum pay due to my own schedule limitations.

Communication was excellent and the company's owner is very enthusiastic, positive, kind, and helpful. It was a very fun event even without knowing exactly what was going to happen, given that the company had not worked with Costco before.

Tinslee was awesome, and she stayed in communication during all my workdays.

The only improvement would be when we get paid. Switching to a more convient and or frequent pay period would be ideal.

I received great instruction and their check in and reporting app is easy to use. My recruiter was very responsive. I cannot wait to work for this company again and again!

They checked in prior to the start date to ensure that we were set up for success and also created a group chat where we can connect if any questions arise during our shifts. Training videos were also provided, so we knew exactly what we would encounter and how to handle it.

Grayscale is amazing at communication, support, motivation, praise, and making any job feel more like fun! This is my second time working with them, and it was also a great experience. 👍🏼

Tinslee is an absolute superstar . I wish there was more people like her who takes their role serious and makes herself available no matter what to make sure you’re not out in the blind . Words can’t explain how helpful she is .

Sounds impossible to a say but compared to other agencies I’ve worked with they’re very organized and easygoing so i say keep up the good work
