Hype is usually good with communication, but with this event I was not receiving some emails or they sent it to another email I do not use.
Representing 5 Hour Energy as a BA with The Hype! Agency at Bristol Motor Speedway was a great experience. I would gladly do it again. The BA team was hard working & fun. The Team Lead was organized & responsive. The Tour Manager was helpful as well.
Worst Agency to work for!!! Arrived on site after driving 2.5 hours and was told they did not need me. was not listed as an On-Site Backup!!! only to receive an urgent email on the same day at 9:45pm looking for replacements for the same shift!!!
Hype has always been great with communication and I look forward to working more events with them soon!

Between Hype and Leaddog, directions for how the client wanted us to sample didn't happen until day 2. We were also missing certain parts of the set up (photo op stand and sampling trays). We had to find sampling cups ourselves as well.
Communication with onsite manager and agency went smooth and great. I got paid on time and I would continue to work for this agency. Couldnt believe how organize this agency is and how amazing the people are.
Hype Agency advertised pay at $20hr. Then changed the pay $17hr. This creates mistrust with the Brand Ambassador. The company also didn't pay for lodging on out of town events. Hype is also not open on weekends, making communication very difficult.
