Lowered our hourly rate without telling us (by $10/hr!), kept mine when I argued. Blamed this on the client, client asked us about this and was VERY upset.
Rate was great, but it was higher bc it was a holiday weekend.

Hype coordinates a lot of staffing for Momentum on the United account so they aren't directly responsible for the event or it's elements. They staff the event and are good about communicating and quick payment.
