Erynn DeGirolamo staffed and managed the event. She communicated well, had a great attitude, great energy, was organized, and was professional. She selected 22 great BA’s for me to lead making my job easy. We had <2% error rate which is mind-blowing! Hype! knows what they’re doing. They’re amazing!

They communicated well from the beginning to the end. Raina supplied training material on how to dress in the costume and how to deliver talking points when not in the character costume. We were provided contact information for the onsite manager. I felt that I was well prepared. Fun event.
