This is for Hannaford Snack Pals Summer Program Hours- 12p-4p Brief overview of program/responsibilities (1) BA distributing giveaway items, supporting with surveys (1) BA operating basket toss game (1) BA oversee coloring station and yard games (1) BA managing obstacle course (1) BA floating, greeting, managing photo wall, supporting with surveys Training: 30-minute virtual training via Teams Looking for Brand Ambassadors for the Hannaford Snack Pals Summer Program, a high-energy, kid-focused tour activating at camps, fairs, festivals, and community events across the Northeast. This program is designed to engage children in grades K–6 through interactive activities, branded giveaways, and healthy snacks. As a Brand Ambassador, you'll be responsible for executing on-site activations, interacting with kids and families, and representing the Snack Pals brand in a fun, professional, and approachable way. About the Program The Hannaford Snack Pals program promotes healthy eating habits through hands-on engagement and playful education. Our summer tour brings the brand to life at local events, where teams create exciting environments for kids to play, learn, and enjoy nutritious snacks. Key Responsibilities · Represent the Snack Pals brand in a professional, friendly, and engaging manner · Set up and break down activation materials, including tents, tables, signage, games, and snack stations · Prepare and serve fresh produce on-site following food safety guidelines · Lead children through interactive game elements and encourage full participation · Supervise kids at each activation station to ensure safety and positive engagement · Distribute branded giveaways and take-home materials · Take event photos and assist with post-event reporting · Track inventory and share key observations or feedback with the field team · Collaborate with fellow team members and camp or event staff to ensure smooth execution Qualifications · Must be 18 years of age or older · Experience working with children in grades K–6 is preferred · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills · Strong customer service mindset and ability to engage with both children and adults · Professional, reliable, and team-oriented · Adaptable and receptive to feedback with a growth-oriented mindset · Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs · Must have reliable transportation to local event sites · Availability to attend mandatory pre-season training sessions This is an opportunity to be part of a purpose-driven program that creates meaningful, healthy experiences for kids and families.
