Communication needs improvement. I didn’t get event details or a reply about my broken table until midnight before, so I couldn’t execute the event. Info given at least 48 hrs ahead prevents cancellations and protects the client’s brand image.
This company offers many opportunities to work, and was flexible when I needed to change a booking due to a conflict. The event manager, Ashlee B., was fabulous communicating with me.
First gig, communication arriving the day of the events via text was very helpful.

This event was iffy but the management communicated fairly well!
When we arrived, tables were already set and we had everything we needed for a successful activation!
The number of opportunities offered are plentiful. Also, the communication leading up to the event and day of have been awesome.
They advertise that payment may take 30 days, but it has been longer. I've always had to contact the company to inquire about payment after 30 days. I don't know what their payroll process entails, but Lynne has been very responsive once I inquire.
They have excellent communication, clear instructions, and pay quickly.
