The Lynne Experience always responds when I text with questions and have helped me be prepared for all events. I received a package a few days before that contained napkins, gloves tongs, plates. apron, toothpicks and signage-all pink! Great, eye catching product advertisement and easy instructions.
Nothing except the PopBookings app is glitchy and sometimes the companies do not see my applications. The Lynne Experience employees are receptive to me asking for updates on the availability of jobs and switching days.
Communication was great. Directions were clear.

Was really good tomatoes and the people loved them and I sold the whole store out they had no more tomatoes left. So the store had to order more. Such a fun and very tastey tomatoes.

The Preemail instructions of what the event would entail was very detailed
The instructions as far as what was needed for the event, the email instructed that there will be a Brandi kit with ice buckets and sampling cups, and there were no sampling cups, but thankfully the video I was at gave those to me for free

Left out a lot of details about working this event when I got booked, refused to help me get in contact with the store manager prior to setting up for the event to see if they had some equipment needed by law that I wasn't made aware of when hired. Told me frankly I had to call the store& figureout
