I have not been paid for the event that was on May 10 at uri for pbs. Alex stated I would NOT be paid for at least 10 weeks. He told me owner Adam Bonner would call me back. I told him I was reporting the company to the ct labor board for non payment.

I really enjoyed working at the kids' event—it felt great to do something that makes them happy. Alex was very patient and helpful, sending me all the documents I needed and answering my questions. It took a bit of time to get my check, but I did get paid in the end. Great experience overall!

I've always liked working for this company. Good communications and fun events! Be aware that checks are sent out 6-8 weeks after an event, but I've always been paid.

It would be nice if payments are sent sooner, but not a deal breaker.

The costume was fun but very difficult to navigate

Such a disorganized organization…. They sent the wrong contracts and then had another agency call. The contract was to be 30 on/off but had to stay in costume over an hour for group pic and then forced me to stay in room. Checkout staff was RUDE with no personality or care for people’s time.

Great folks to work with and really understanding throughout. I took on a more difficult/demanding costume and they helped me out! The Easter Egg Roll was a delight.

Really fun event even thought the mascot costumes were hard to locate and we had a tough time getting to the puck drop as the elevator nearby broke…Bobby Banana couldn’t do stairs, we has to walk all the way around the arena. But overall, super fun!
