What does this company do well?

Lindsey, Shannon & Bella are the best people to work for. They really set us up for success and are so organized and kind. I have worked campaigns for The Syndicate since 2013 for a reason. They are one of the best in the game.

What can this company improve?

The only thing I would say is for them to cover parking for us during SXSW since it is downtown and there is no free parking - it can get a little pricey. They cover it during all of the other campaigns though just not SXSW for some reason.

Communication was great. Easy and fun gig to work during SXSW.

What can this company improve?

The company can improve on their pay timing. I was not informed that we would be payed 30 days after the event. I missed the email dictating how to get paid so instead of them just sending my money via PayPal which was an option. I’ve been waiting on a check for 30 plus days now. I have bills!

We did the job well, too well. Looks like we should have taken more of our sweet time handing out premiums, otherwise we wouldn't have finished handing out everything before time and thus getting paid LESS. Pay was docked.
