About the Project: For The Record at CineVita is a new live cinematic experience that immerses audiences in cinema’s most beloved stories. Created by some of the world’s most iconic filmmakers like Quientin Tarantino, John Hughes, and Martin Scorsese. This is not your typical movie-based musical but a one of a kind live experience that will include live orchestra, actors, singers, dancers, and scenes from the iconic films. In collaboration with our client, we are staffing For the Record at CineVita in Los Angeles. We are seeking talented and energetic Brand Ambassadors to join us in bringing this experience to the public. Work Environment: The event is indoors in a climate controlled environment. Team Members will be stationed in Front of House for greeting, ticketing, queuing, wayfinding, guest services, and more. Position requires remaining in a stationary position for extended periods of time, and regularly traversing throughout the theater. Role & Responsibilities: Experience with line management and guest flow Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience with show cues Comfortable interacting with cast and participating in the ‘show’ Comfortable interacting with guests as first point of contact in the theater, including: answering questions ticketing including scanning and platforms ability to answer questions about subject matter Commitment to the excellence of guest interaction, safety and overall guest experience Ensure their station/area is clear of trash, spills etc. Must have a positive, outgoing, energetic demeanor and able to maintain a good attitude Knowledge and appreciation of theater, movies Requirements: Ability to work evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays Must be at least 18 years of age at time of hire Minimum 1 year of customer service experience Important Details: Location: CineVita - 1248 District Dr, Inglewood, CA 90303 Start Date: January 18, 2025 End Date: July 6, 2025 Part time hours (hours per week depend on show needs) Rate: $25.00 /hour (non-exempt) Uniform: Employee to provide own white button down shirt, black pants, black shoes, and black socks. Staff will be required to wear provided jacket and hat (think old-timey usher) Must be able remain in a stationary position for the duration of the shift, move 25 pounds of materials and traverse the attraction Why work with us: We are one of the fastest growing event staff agencies.
