From the start, management made the on-boarding process easy and straightforward. The event itself was ran exceptionally well with a great team lead and group of BA's. Thunder Child provided fantastic communication, paid on time and took care of any questions / concerns. 10/10 Would work with again!

I can't say enough good things about the client and the other staff and also the production manager. From top to bottom, we had great training, great communication, and great leadership. I'm definitely hoping to do more for this company.

Hand warmers were provided in the beginning and at one point so were toe warmers. Really wish they'd supply those for us again. Especially the toe warmers. My toes can never stay warm no matter what!

Working ticketing is miserable. It's cold and not moving around makes your toes get too cold. There should be a better system in place for people working ticketing because working parking or on the trails is no where near as miserable.
