We are seeking local (RI based), dynamic and motivated individuals to lead market activation and sampling for a premier alcohol brand starting around May 20th and running through the 4th of July weekend. All activation and sampling will be in the state of Rhode Island so residing within the state or in close proximity will be a requirement. If you thrive in high-energy environments, have a knack for driving brand awareness and consumer engagement, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
The ideal candidate should have previous experience working as a Tour/ Market Manager or Brand Ambassador. Applicants should have strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to navigate challenging situations. Previous alcoholic beverage experience preferred but not required.
Mandatory requirements:
At least 21 years of age
Clean Driving Record
Live within, or a reasonable commuting distance to the State of Rhode Island and all activation locations
Experience safely operating a branded vehicle
Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs and be on your feet for long periods
Maintain a clean and professional appearance of yourself, tour activations, and Company/Client equipment and assets
Represent the Company and the client with a friendly, energetic, customer-service-oriented, and business-professional demeanor
Ensure all tour elements are present, functioning correctly, and clean at the activations.
Report faulty or damaged equipment, signage, or other materials to the -Company supervisor immediately
Ability to problem solve as issues arise. Be someone who people go to for solutions
Communicate obstacles and improvement opportunities and recommend solutions to the management team, help implement process
Willingly jump into whatever is needed!
Job Duties
Safely operate Branded Vehicle
Manage the setup and breakdown of assets and activation materials
Manage the footprint and Brand Ambassadors during samplings
Manage assets and inventory of all premiums, uniforms and other branded elements used for activation
Safely handle production equipment and brand vehicles/assets along the tour
Act responsibly onsite during setup and breakdown
Incident reporting and following company procedures and protocol
Coordinating with venue contacts and staff members to ensure all parties are kept informed about setup/breakdown and activation timing
Produce recaps of activations throughout the week with event photos and sampling data
