Amazing company to work for, great communication with the account supervisor and coordinator, plus cool event and brand! I've worked for them for a few years now and they always pay quick with in a week or two depending on event day and when payroll goes out, pay period was weekly. Always reliable!
The most I have ever felt supported on tour. A vehicle broke down and they had a tow truck to me immediately and already had found hotel options available near the shop til I could get back on the road the next day. They take care of their staff, and pay consistent with good per diem. 10/10
They always call to give me a heads up to something coming up on the radar so I keep an eye on those dates in my calendar which is very helpful. They allow me to excel at what I do best. They trust me to run things the way that works for me and reward me for doing well at it. Love touring for them.
Super unprofessional. Issue with your paycheck? They won’t take care of it. Issue with your paperwork? They tell you three weeks later. Want to speak to someone in-house? They won’t return your calls. Want an update? You’ll never get it.
Company seems very disorganized. They make promises and don’t keep to them. You’re supposed to get paid every week as long as your invoice is in in time but then have excuses why payment never went out.
