What does this company do well?

Trilogy was great at expediting the last minute add to their team roster in order to include me! The Texas Health Resources client was pleasant and easy to work with, and adequate breaks were scheduled. They were also very accommodating in providing winter outerwear because of cold outdoor elements.

What can this company improve?

Set proper expectations and streamlining their communication. Possibly offer incentive (i.e. travel stipend, pay rate) esp when adding someone last minute and if they have to travel more than 1.5 hours (one way). Making all team members feel included
