Looking for vivacious, sales forward, super friendly individuals to demo our Ulu Foods Caribbean superfruit crackers at Hen House and Price Chopper Locations. The role will be demos from 10am-1pm or 2pm-5pm. If you would like to do 2 demos in one day at two different locations (one location from 10am-1pm and one location from 2pm-5pm), please let me know. Note: We are doing demos this Saturday (1/10) and Sunday (1/11), plus most weekends through January. Please let us know in your application if you are interested in doing more than one demo. Also, we may be doing Hy-Vee stores in the next few months, so with good performance, we will reach out for more opportunities. Experience: Prefer candidates with experience doing food demos at grocery retail environment with results you can talk about (sales, performance, etc). Prefer individuals with an interest in and love for the natural foods space. However, if you love to meet people, talk about great products and are very friendly, we would still love to consider you. We want go getters who don't just stand behind the table, but rather are excited to walk around, hand out the products and sell to customers as they shop. Uniform: White polo or button-down t shirt and black, grey or khaki pants. We will send you a logo to print and place inside a name tag that you can wear on your shirt. Females: if you have a bright green scarf or hair band or earrings that comes close to our logo color, feel free to wear to represent our brand color. What to Bring: Just yourself, a pair of disposable gloves, and some plastic single serve cups (you can buy at the store, and we will reimburse you. Please keep receipt). It helps if you have some sort of serving tray or cute basket that you can bring to enable you to walk around the store with samples to hand out. Store will have table and tablecloth. Pay: $25/hr plus 25% bonus if you sell 20 or more units during the demo. Training: You will receive a packet by email with information about the brand and products plus a suggested demo script that you must read. Must be able to attend a video demo training on Friday for 30 minutes where we will also give you information about the store manager you will need to meet with. Preferred if you can attend a live demo training at your closest store location on Friday. Transportation: Must have your own transportation to the store location and be able to get to the store at your own expense.
