V Squared has good communication. Sends out weekly availability schedules and any open demos. They have a hotline for urgent issues for BAs to utilize.

Holiday weekends are always a hit or a miss, however this event ended up being pretty standard. I love working with V Squared since I have developed a great raport with the office team they are always able to provide help and understanding!
