We are looking for a high energy, very friendly and outgoing Brand Ambassador to work a new Popoyes store opening. You will be work between two roles as as outdoor sign spinner and as the costume character during the ribbon cutting Additional responsibilities include: - This will be an indoor/outdoor event. You will need to set up an indoor table as well as canopy tents and tables outside the store. - You will start outside, but midway through if it’s really hot we want them to go inside and work from the restaurant but also be roaming to encourage customers to come inside and order from the restaurant. - Help the store team prepare for the Ribbon Cutting Ceremony at 2 p.m. at the store – making sure photos are taken and that the team has the large check, marker and the ribbon and scissors. - They will need to trade off between manning the table with swag as well as circling around the event to make sure customers are coming by their table while also touting the in-store specials and promotions going on. - You must of worked Grand Opening events before and have a good understanding of this as this is brand new to Popeyes. - They have to be able to set up four 10x10 Canopy tents, table cloths, tables and swag and know how to do this. We will provide diagrams and directions but you need to be experienced and familiar with Grand Opening events.
