Victory Agency communicated well about the job expectations. I really appreciated the concise email they sent. it was easier to read through than most training materials.

It would be good to make sure the brand ambassadors's names are on the approved list of staff for any event where there is a gate/security officer. The event was still great, but that aspect could have been smoother.
