Victory Marketing has a few great team of leads dedicated to inspiring atmosphere that is joyful and safe to work in.
What can this company improve?
I gave 5 stars for the many able to communicate efficiently with everyone. There were a small few managers not versed in crisis mngmt and effective communication. An incident that led to hotel security being involved to support crowd mngmt was “overly rated” per one manger example. Just unsafe.
