exceptionally fast payment, adequate breaks, managers checked in regularly on foot print. VIP called me directly to check that we were treated well on site & ask for feedback after event. would absolutely love to work with them again.
What can this company improve?
less on VIP than the client - we were definitely understaffed by about 2 people. I know VIP tried to get them to up staff numbers.

Clients were very easy to reach out and quick to act when you request something of them. Team was constantly checked up on for breaks and organization.

Clients need more transparency about planning and schedule as they were around the footprint constantly and sometimes would disrupt a flow of work.
