This team was very organized and passionate about their cause. Many of the staff members worked for the parent company, so we felt as if we were helping cultivate a long-term relationship with the patrons and felt very integrated with the team. Everyone was very respectful and professional!

YEA Networks values when ambassadors take initiative. Multiple members of on-site management were readily available to take questions. Management also placed a large degree of trust in its ambassadors to organize their stations and fulfill their individual roles.

What does this company do well?
This was an amazing and fun event! I did various tasks, however my main role was attending to the Content Creators at “Card Party 3” a Pokémon event. There was a lot going on because this was a huge event, so it was important to be flexible. Ashley and Madison were nice and good managers to me!
What can this company improve?
The communication could improve, which I did see more improvement during the 2nd & 3rd day.
