Hours: 5:00PM - 11:00PM Event Field Manager – $35/hr | Flexible Schedule | Lead Top Brand Events Company: Eleven8 Event Staff Job Type: Part-time | Contract | Temporary Location: In-person (varies by event) Job Overview Eleven8 Event Staff is seeking experienced, hands-on Event Field Managers to oversee multiple event teams at live activations, VIP events, and brand campaigns for top clients like TikTok, Netflix, and Amazon. As an Event Field Manager, you’ll supervise staff on-site, ensure events run efficiently, maintain brand standards, and handle operational challenges in real-time. This role is ideal for organized, proactive leaders who thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership: Manage and support multiple event staff teams, including Brand Ambassadors, Production Assistants, Waitstaff, and Bartenders. Event Oversight: Ensure smooth setup, execution, and breakdown of events across multiple areas or venues. Client Liaison: Serve as the on-site point of contact for clients, addressing questions, concerns, or last-minute adjustments. Operations Management: Oversee schedules, logistics, equipment, and materials to ensure timely and efficient event delivery. Quality & Compliance: Maintain health, safety, and brand standards throughout each activation. Reporting: Document event performance, staff accountability, and any challenges for post-event review.
