Communication was good. I knew exactly where to report the day of and who to report to. Instructions were clear and straightforward. Any questions I had, the lead, Rachael, answered quickly and to the best of her ability.
What can this company improve?
The specific company and product information should be sent out more in advance. I did not get this information until just a few hours prior to the start of the event. I prefer to have this information at least a day or two in advance so I don't feel rushed to learn the info.
