Staffing agency and local clients were amazing. Little scrambled for the event due to the fact that a lot of the final details didn't come through till about 48 hours before the event starting. Other than that it was a blast being a PA and handler for rap artists. Nas and AZ.

They onboarded me and provided detailed information way ahead of time and updated us often as certain details changed, ensuring everyone knew exactly what to expect, what the tasks were, and what was required from us. They also had great leadership on site and off site. I highly recommend them.

Communication was good. I knew exactly where to report the day of and who to report to. Instructions were clear and straightforward. Any questions I had, the lead, Rachael, answered quickly and to the best of her ability.
What can this company improve?
The specific company and product information should be sent out more in advance. I did not get this information until just a few hours prior to the start of the event. I prefer to have this information at least a day or two in advance so I don't feel rushed to learn the info.
