Position: Event Brand Ambassador & Support Staff Event: Adweek Brandweek / Brand Genius Gala Location: Southern Exchange Ballrooms, 200 Peachtree St, Atlanta, GA 30303 Pay Rate: $25–$30 per hour Type: Part-time / Contract Shift Times: Nov 2 (Sun): Site Walkthrough – 3:30 PM to 5:00 PM Nov 3 (Mon): Event Day / House Party / Nightcap – 7:00 AM to 12:00 AM Nov 4 (Tue): Event Day / Brand Genius Gala / Nightcap – 7:00 AM to 12:00 AM Nov 5 (Wed): Event Day – 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM About the Opportunity Join our dynamic team supporting Adweek’s Brandweek 2025—one of the most recognized marketing and branding conferences in the world. Hosted at the prestigious Southern Exchange Ballrooms in downtown Atlanta, this multi-day event brings together industry leaders, creatives, and innovators for immersive sessions, networking events, and exclusive parties. As part of the Brandweek event staff, you’ll help manage attendee experience, oversee activations, assist with guest flow, and ensure seamless execution across multiple venues. This opportunity is ideal for energetic, reliable professionals who thrive in fast-paced, high-profile environments. Key Responsibilities Guest Experience & Check-In Support Welcome attendees and manage check-in and accreditation areas. Provide clear directions, answer basic event questions, and assist guests with reduced mobility. Activation & Brand Engagement Guide guests through interactive zones like the Bodega activation, Community Board, Art Mural, and Activation Walls. Encourage participation, explain each activity, and distribute swag items. Maintain activation cleanliness, restock products, and engage guests with professionalism and enthusiasm. Event Operations & Venue Support Assist with event flow in main areas, including Whitehall, Davison, Upper Ground, and Cellar spaces. Support special evening programs such as the House Party, Brand Genius Gala, and Nightcaps. Operate scanners for entry access, manage coat check, and assist production teams as needed. Professional Representation & Sanitation Maintain a polished, client-facing appearance and demeanor. Follow cleaning and sanitization protocols for shared equipment (e.g., headphones). Support setup and breakdown of stations while keeping the environment organized and presentable. Team Collaboration Coordinate closely with leads, security, and production staff. Participate in daily briefings to review priorities and schedules. Uphold a collaborative, positive team environment throughout the event. Required Qualifications & Skills Professional Communication Clear, confident communication with executives, guests, and brand representatives. Friendly and approachable demeanor suitable for large-scale professional events. Ability to provide accurate event information and redirect inquiries efficiently. Reliability & Presentation Dependable and punctual for all scheduled shifts. Polished appearance consistent with luxury event standards. Team-oriented and adaptable to changing needs throughout the day. Physical & Logistical Requirements Comfortable standing for long hours and navigating large venues. Ability to move between floors and assist guests in a multi-room environment. Prepared to handle light setup, restocking, and breakdown duties. Preferred Experience Previous work at conferences, trade shows, or branded events. Background in hospitality, promotions, or event operations. Familiarity with luxury or corporate event environments.
