Join us at SXSW 2026! We're staffing multiple brand activations during one of the world's most influential conferences. About the Event: South by Southwest is a premier destination for global professionals, bringing together the worlds of film, interactive media, music, and innovation. We're supporting several client activations throughout the conference. Roles Available: Brand Ambassadors: Engage attendees, represent brands, create memorable experiences Leads: Oversee activation operations, manage teams, ensure seamless execution Event Details: Dates: March 16-18, 2026 Time: 8-hour shifts daily Staffing Needs: Each day: 2 Brand Ambassadors + 1 Lead What We're Looking For: Professional, tech-savvy Brand Ambassadors and Leads Experience with conferences or large-scale events preferred Strong engagement and communication skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment Leadership and coordination abilities (for Lead positions) Availability for all three days strongly preferred Austin-based or willing to work in Austin during SXSW
