About the Program: This is FIFA's premier hospitality experience for invited guests, dignitaries, and VIPs. You'll be part of a highly curated team delivering world-class service across hotel operations, guided tours, gala events, and exclusive experiences throughout the tournament. Roles Available: Event Manager - Oversee all hospitality operations and coordinate specialized teams VIP Brand Ambassadors - Provide personalized concierge-level service to high-profile guests Hotel Brand Ambassadors - Manage in-hotel guest experiences and services Tour Brand Ambassadors - Lead exclusive guided experiences and venue tours Gala Brand Ambassadors - Support high-end evening events and formal functions Event Details: Start Date: June 10, 2026 (throughout tournament) Location: Dallas: Omni Dallas Rate: $25/hour Total Positions: 9 specialized roles What We're Looking For: Polished, sophisticated professionals with luxury hospitality experience Impeccable guest service skills and professional presentation Ability to interact confidently with high-profile guests and dignitaries Multilingual abilities strongly preferred (especially Spanish, French, Portuguese, Arabic) Experience with VIP services, luxury hotels, or high-end events required Discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail Event management and team coordination skills (for Manager position) Dallas-based with flexibility for extended tournament assignments
