Setting: Outdoors About the Event Eleven8 Event Staff is looking for energetic, friendly staff to help run a Habit Burger block party in Hampton. You’ll greet guests, keep the event running smoothly, and help create a fun, welcoming atmosphere for the community. Positions & Schedule Event Staff (2): 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM (8 hrs) Lead (1): 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM (8 hrs) Responsibilities Welcome guests and engage with attendees throughout the event Help with setup and breakdown of the event area Assist with guest flow, lines, and general event support Answer questions and keep the space clean and organized The Lead will manage the team, coordinate breaks, and serve as the main point of contact onsite Requirements Outgoing, positive, and comfortable interacting with the public Punctual and reliable Able to stand and be active outdoors for a full 8-hour shift Lead candidates should have prior team lead or captain experience Uniform All black. A T-shirt will be provided.
