📅 Dates & Times: November 3: 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM November 4: 10:00 AM – 1:30 PM & 3:30 PM – 7:30 PM November 5: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM Job Overview Eleven8 Event Staff is seeking a professional and personable Convention Staff Member to represent a leading healthcare technology brand, AthenaHealth, at their annual Thrive Healthcare Conference in Nashville, TN. You’ll be stationed at the client’s booth, engaging with attendees, managing demo traffic, and ensuring guests have a positive and informative experience. This role is ideal for someone who is friendly, reliable, and comfortable interacting with professionals in a conference setting. Key Responsibilities Engage Attendees: Greet guests as they approach the booth and invite them to learn more about AthenaHealth’s offerings. Lead Collection: Collect business cards or scan attendee badges to capture contact information. Demo Queue Management: Help manage the flow of attendees waiting for product demonstrations. Distribute Materials: Hand out flyers and branded materials to attendees. Brand Representation: Maintain a polished, professional demeanor that reflects the client’s values and messaging. Collaborate with Client Team: Support AthenaHealth staff to ensure a seamless and successful booth experience. Qualifications & Skills Friendly, confident, and approachable personality Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills Professional appearance suitable for a corporate healthcare environment Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Must be 18+ with reliable transportation Prior trade show, convention, or brand ambassador experience preferred (not required) Event Details 📍 Event: AthenaHealth Thrive Healthcare Conference 🏢 Venue: Music City Center — Halls A & B 📫 Address: 201 Rep.
