Hours Multiple Shifts Available 2x 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM 2x 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM 1x 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM 3x 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM 4x 11:00 PM – 3:00 AM Job Overview Eleven8 Event Staff is seeking reliable, hard-working Production Assistants and a Production Assistant Lead to support the setup, operation, and strike of a major On Running brand event in Miami Beach. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, fast-paced environments, and contributing behind the scenes to create world-class event experiences. Key Responsibilities Event Setup & Strike: Assist with loading, unloading, and setting up event materials, décor, and equipment; break down and pack items post-event. General Labor Support: Move materials, organize event spaces, and help maintain a clean and efficient work area. Product Prep: Fold shirts, steam flags, and prepare branded items as directed. Event Support: During event hours, monitor restrooms, empty trash bins, and support ongoing event operations. Team Collaboration: Work closely with Eleven8 leads and event producers to ensure smooth setup, execution, and strike. Follow Safety & Brand Guidelines: Maintain awareness of safety protocols and represent the On Running brand professionally. Qualifications & Skills Strong work ethic and attention to detail Comfortable with manual labor and lifting up to 50 lbs Punctual, dependable, and team-oriented Ability to take direction and work efficiently under time constraints Previous production or event setup experience preferred (not required) Must be 18+ with reliable transportation Uniform All black attire — clean, presentable, and no competing brand logos (especially athletic brands). This event represents On Running, so please wear neutral or On Running apparel if possible.
