Vital Veterans Consultants is seeking enthusiastic, personable individuals to join our team at the Great State of Maine Airshow. This is a meaningful outreach opportunity where you'll engage directly with veterans and their families, helping connect them with valuable information about VA disability benefits and support services. Brand Ambassador & Team Lead – Great State of Maine Airshow Event: Great State of Maine Airshow Dates: July 11–12 Location: Orion St, Brunswick, ME 04011 Event Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Pay: $25/hour Positions Available 1 Team Lead (TL) 2 Brand Ambassadors (BAs) Key Responsibilities Proactively engage event attendees in a friendly and professional manner Connect with veterans and their families to share relevant information Educate attendees about VA disability benefits and services (training provided) Collect contact information and generate qualified leads Represent Vital Veterans Consultants with professionalism, empathy, and enthusiasm Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Outgoing, approachable, and confident personality Ability to engage people naturally and respectfully Interest in supporting veterans and their families Self-motivated and proactive in a fast-paced event environment Preferred Experience (Not Required) Military service or connection to the military community Experience in customer service, sales, outreach, event marketing, or brand ambassador work What Makes You a Great Fit You enjoy meeting new people and starting conversations You are comfortable working independently and taking initiative You demonstrate empathy, professionalism, and emotional intelligence You are looking for work that is both engaging and meaningful Join us in making a positive impact while helping veterans access the benefits and support they deserve.
