Payment is high but they "forget" and have you hold dates but never book you. They don't really care about the staff anymore and cater to the client. Direct deposit which is great and takes about 2-3 weeks.

Other than the miscommunication on Elevate's part with providing everyone lunches for each day, I had fun working directly with Jerryn & Victoria (on-site Program Mangers) even though organizing this huge event could have been a whole lot better!
