I was very impressed I worked eight days for them and literally two weeks later I got paid. And at first my hours were not correct since I was hired for more days last minute but they fix the issue quickly and I would definitely work with them again.

What can this company improve?
I'm not sure if it was the client or if it was Elevate itself but they should be more transparent when it comes to credentials. I never had working many big events before someone discard my credentials when it has my picture on it and name and I would've preferred to dispose it myself.

They were extremely Communicative in announcing meet up spots, extra work hours, breaks, and even helping to delegate work load and placement. Extra snacks and water and even sugar free energy drinks were brought to help out. Chemistry felt organic yet efficient. Great group👍
What can this company improve?
I think the check-out routine could use some work because sometimes we weren't able to find some managers in time to return badges to finish the day so we ended up having to stay longer looking for them. Other than that everything else was pretty efficient & professional👍🔥again good group of peeps

Elevate never lets me down. I have consistently worked their events and always have a great time. Sometimes things happen out of their control, like missing inventory, but they always work quickly to fix any set backs.

They should do more group events to gain more of an audience. The one person team tends to feel like a sales person that no one wants to approach

The lead and BA's had very good instructions and communication. I always love to do the NHL Kracken games as people love free giveaways. It was a very successful event and great team!

There could be more promotional items. It's hard for the customer to stay focused on our pitch if there isn't an incentive for them. We had about 1500 or fewer giveaways for a crowd of 35,000 people,
