The summer heat and humidity was pretty tough but the client and leads were great about water and breaks. Great teammates, fun activation, festive Rockefeller Center location.

Elevate is one of my favorite companies to work with in the experiential marketing industry. Their team is always professional, communication is excellent, and payment is always accurate and on time. I truly enjoy every opportunity to work with them.

On-site they made sure to have a ton of water and snacks for the long hot days. They also provided meals for us at the stadium.

The activation was not efficient and caused fans long waits but I think this was due to how the client had it set up.

I had an amazing time working with Elevate. Bradley, Luis, and Clare from Fanatics. Are awesome people to work for and with. They were nice and very organized. I will be booking with Elevate again for sure.

Octagon staff helped in creating a good chemistry with the Elevate staff this allowed everyone to know the plan each game. We did receive food vouchers and a 1 hr lunch, 1 long break. Communication from Elevate started off bad but improved once personnel was changed.

Prior to events use some time to plan ahead. Lack of preparation shows. Payroll should not have the issues it did, people should know the variation in times ahead, communication is helpful and prevents employees from complaining or leaving.

Create a basic game plan check list for leads to have, provide time for leads or other employees to arrive early on day one to meet and train, more communication is better than next to none, nobody knew the parking plan, lunch went from provided to not provided and only 15 min break...

Felt training, support, communication, supplies, etc that I needed as a Team Lead were provided.
