Event Schedule (Must be available for all dates): EVENT SCHEDULE • 02/23: 6PM - 2 AM • 02/28: Time TBD • 03/03: Time TBD Rate: $28/hr What You'll Do as Team Lead: Pick up a Taki's Van from a designated penske/uhaul van location. Drive van to the designated Storage Location Load the van with 1 Games worth of Samples and Event Equipment (Dumpbins, Nylon Bags, BA Shirts) Transport all materials to the event site Lead event setup and teardown Manage team schedules and breaks Serve as the on-site point of contact Ensure smooth operations and achieve sampling goals Distribute Takis samples and branded giveaways Engage attendees with high energy and positivity Represent Takis with confidence and professionalism Dispose of empty boxes into designated dumpsters. Return Van to the Penske Van Rental Unit. Move Event Equipment into personal vehicle and hold until next event. Must have a clean DMV record (a background check will be required) - Arrive at the designated storage unit Receive the delivery of samples/equipment from the freight driver Assist with unloading (driver will provide pallet jack) Conduct inventory check and report back to Elevate Booking Manager with a detailed recap Ready to Represent One of the Boldest Brands Out There?
