EVENT OVERVIEW: Be part of the excitement of the WNBA All-Star Weekend! We’re hiring friendly, professional, and energetic staff to help support fan activities and event operations at the Indianapolis Convention Center. You’ll play a key role in delivering an outstanding experience for attendees, fans, and partners. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Greet and engage with event attendees Assist with line management, registration, and crowd flow Support activation areas (games, photo ops, giveaways) Keep areas clean and presentable Follow direction from on-site supervisors and brand leads Be on time, enthusiastic, and ready to work REQUIREMENTS: Must be available both days (July 18 & 19) from 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM Ability to stand for long periods and move comfortably Friendly, proactive attitude and great communication skills Prior event or brand ambassador experience preferred Must arrive on time for Day 1 training (training included in shift)
