About the Role You'll engage event attendees in a friendly, no-pressure environment by inviting them to complete a short questionnaire in exchange for a giveaway. This is not a sales role—Desjardins representatives will be onsite to answer any insurance-related questions. We're looking for confident communicators who enjoy interacting with the public and creating positive experiences. What We're Looking For Friendly, outgoing, and professional personality Comfortable approaching and engaging with attendees Strong communication and customer service skills Reliable and punctual Previous brand ambassador, lead generation, promotions, customer service, or sales experience is an asset Dress Code Black pants (preferred) Comfortable, neutral-colored shoes Branded shirt provided onsite Optional face masks are welcome This activation is part of an ongoing event program, with opportunities to join a core team for future activations throughout the year. Performance-based bonuses may be available at select events when lead generation targets are achieved.
