BI is hosting an event on campus for employees to raise awareness of their metabolic health. Attendees will visit a series of stations to gather data about their metabolic health (blood pressure, height to waist ratio, grip strength) and learn how that impacts their metabolic health. This event will happen during work hours. We expect about 150 – 200 people to participate in the activations over the course of the day. Only hiring staff who can work event day as well) General Duties Assist with guest check-in and registration Provide directions to event spaces Explain and manage the stations for guests Support guests with event tech software Requirements: You MUST be reliable, responsive, and on-time The ability to be friendly and personable On-time transportation to the event Confidence in speaking to guests You must comfortably know how to navigate modern technology
