Position Overview We are looking for friendly, outgoing, and dependable Brand Ambassadors to represent our organization at the National Championship Air Races. In this role, you will interact with veterans, active-duty service members, and their families and help connect them with information about VA disability benefits and available support services. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys meeting people, starting conversations, and making a positive impact in the veteran community. Responsibilities Engage event attendees in friendly and professional conversations. Identify veterans, active-duty service members, and military families who may benefit from available resources. Provide general information about VA disability benefits and support services. Collect contact information from interested individuals. Represent the organization professionally and enthusiastically. Maintain a welcoming and positive presence throughout the event. Follow all event and organizational guidelines. Event Details Event: National Championship Air Races Dates: September 19–20 Time: To be confirmed Training: Approximately 1 hour, including a 45-minute online training video and short quiz Training: Paid Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly, confident, and approachable personality. Comfortable starting conversations with people you don't know. Reliable, professional, and self-motivated. Able to stand and walk for extended periods. Comfortable working independently and as part of a team. Preferred Experience Military service or connection to the military community. Customer service experience. Sales or lead-generation experience. Brand ambassador or event marketing experience. Community outreach or public-facing experience.
