Dear Staff, Elevate USA is recruiting for logistics and merchandising roles. Please note that this is a logistics and merchandising role, not a Brand Ambassador position. We are looking for operationally-focused professionals who excel in execution, physical set-up, and client relations. Duration: 1st April – 30th June 2026 Hours: 15–25 hours per week (Flexible scheduling) Location: Various California Markets (See list below) Rate: $30 per hour plus Mileage: Reimbursed at $0.725 per mile Role Overview Representing a premium brand, you will ensure the seamless execution of on-site activations. This role requires a high degree of autonomy and professionalism. You will act as the primary on-site point of contact, managing everything from physical installation to digital reporting. Key Responsibilities: Client Liaison: Direct on-site communication to ensure all deliverables meet client expectations. Merchandising: Executing professional displays, brand visibility elements, and signage. Operations: Handling event set-up and de-rig (breakdown) activities . Reporting: Completing accurate post-event recaps and photo documentation immediately after tasks. Compliance: Adhering strictly to brand guidelines and safety procedures. Weekly Workflow Monday Briefing: Connect with the client to review the week’s tasks. Scheduling: Submit your estimated completion schedule (shifts must not exceed 8 hours). Execution: Complete all tasks by Saturday, ensuring full photo documentation for reporting. Administration: Punctual submission of approved hours, mileage, and final recaps. Candidate Requirements Age: Must be 21+ (environments may involve alcohol). Physicality: Ability to safely lift and move up to 60 lbs (27 kg). Transport: Must have a reliable personal vehicle and a valid driver’s licence. Experience: Proven background in client-facing, task-oriented roles. Vetting: Willingness to undergo a background check (including MVR) in accordance with California Fair Chance laws. Markets Available We are hiring one specialist for each of the following territories: Northern CA: San Francisco, San Jose, Oakland, Sacramento. Greater LA: Metro Los Angeles, SE Los Angeles, Long Beach, Ventura. Southern CA: Orange County, San Bernardino, San Diego.
