Vital Veterans Consultants is seeking enthusiastic, personable individuals to join our team for a meaningful outreach event in Toledo. This role offers the chance to connect directly with veterans and their families while helping them access valuable information about VA disability benefits and support services. Location: Toledo, OH 43604 Event Date(s): 05/22 and 05/23 Time: 4:30 PM – 10:30 PM Pay: $25/hour Staffing Needs: 1 Team Lead (TL), 2 Brand Ambassadors (BAs) Key Responsibilities Proactively engage with event attendees in a friendly and professional manner Connect with veterans and their families to share relevant information Educate attendees on VA disability benefits and services (training provided) Collect contact information and generate qualified leads Represent the company with professionalism, empathy, and enthusiasm Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Outgoing, approachable, and confident personality Ability to engage people naturally and respectfully Interest in supporting veterans and their families Self-motivated and proactive in a fast-paced environment Preferred Experience (Not Required) Military service or connection to the military community Background in customer service, sales, outreach, or event marketing What Makes You a Good Fit You enjoy starting conversations and meeting new people You take initiative and are comfortable working independently You demonstrate empathy and emotional intelligence You’re looking for a role that is both engaging and meaningful
