We're looking for dynamic and polished individuals to join our team as Event Hosts. Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional guest support onsite, including answering queries and wayfinding. Assist Airbnb hosts with any on-the-ground requirements during events. Act as a brand ambassador for Airbnb, ensuring guests receive the highest level of service. Represent Airbnb's brand and values—familiarity with their products and offerings is essential. Comfortable being visible in event photography (as required by Airbnb). Participate in online training before your first experience, with any additional training provided onsite. Sign an NDA in advance. Ideal Profile Requirements: Minimum 7 years of experience in hospitality with high-profile clientele, including C-suite, influencers, and celebrities. Ability to provide "white glove" service and elevate the guest experience. A strong, polished presence with the ability to represent Airbnb's corporate identity. A diverse background that mirrors Airbnb's commitment to inclusivity. Local market knowledge and fluency in the local language plus English (other languages are a plus). Excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to engage with guests confidently. Professional appearance and demeanor at all times. Previous experience as an Airbnb user is a bonus!
