Jimmy John’s is looking for energetic, outgoing, and dependable Brand Ambassadors to represent the brand during a high-energy college football game-day activation. As a Brand Ambassador, you’ll interact with fans, distribute promotional materials and samples, encourage participation in activities, and help create a fun, welcoming, and memorable experience for attendees. Jimmy John’s Brand Ambassador / Event Staff Company: Jimmy John’s Position: Brand Ambassador / Event Staff Location: Iowa City, IA 52242 Event: College Football Game-Day Activation Dates & Times Friday, 10/2: -2 Male from 9am to 3pm -4 Promo Models (2 males, 2 females) from 1-7pm Important: The promo models need to be approved before being onsite. Saturday, 10/3: -4 BA (2 females, 2 male) from 5-11am . Responsibilities Represent Jimmy John’s in a friendly, enthusiastic, and professional manner. Engage with fans and attendees throughout the event. Distribute promotional materials and/or samples as directed. Assist with setup, maintenance, and breakdown of the activation area. Encourage fan participation in promotions and activities. Keep the activation area clean, organized, and inviting. Follow all instructions from event leaders and team supervisors. Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude throughout the shift. Qualifications Outgoing, friendly, and comfortable approaching and interacting with new people. Reliable, punctual, and dependable. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Comfortable working outdoors and standing for extended periods. Able to work early-morning shifts when scheduled. Previous event, promotional, hospitality, customer service, or brand ambassador experience is a plus. Must be a team player and able to follow directions in a fast-paced event environment.
