ESPYS Wayfinding Staff Shift 1 (Ingress only): 2:30pm - 8:00pm Shift 2 (ingress and egress): 2:30pm - 12:30am Attire requirements and Staff Expectations: Staff will be responsible for directing ticket holders to the red carpet, Theater and post-party for the ESPY Awards. You will be given signage and other resources to help engage with the guests and give them meaningful information with a white glove approach. Polo shirts will be provided. Staff are expected to wear their own black slacks or dress pants (no jeans and no athleisure), tennis shoes that are comfortable for longer periods of time standing. PLEASE NOTE: leads will be required to attend a 2 hour in-person training the 14th of July, brand ambassadors are required to attend a 1 hour virtual training on the 14th.
