Elevate Staffing is hiring Retail Associates to support official retail operations at stadiums and Fan Fests during the FIFA World Cup 2026 in Philadelphia June through July. 💰 Compensation $25.00 per hour On-site event-based role with full schedule availability required. 🛍️ Key Responsibilities Represent the brand and FIFA partners with professionalism and exceptional customer service Support retail setup and breakdown, including displays, POS systems, and infrastructure Maintain clean, organized, fully stocked, event-ready sales areas Operate and troubleshoot POS systems during transactions Receive, organize, merchandise, and store inventory to company standards Execute merchandising plans (planograms) and prepare products for sale Assist with logistics including loading/unloading merchandise and securing pallets Support overall event success by adhering to client values and operational guidelines ✅ What You Bring Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent Previous retail, merchandise, or event experience preferred Friendly, professional, and confident with strong customer engagement skills Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments Reliable, punctual, and highly organized Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset Quick learner with the ability to build product knowledge Positive attitude, resilience, and strong work ethic 📍 Work Location & Requirements On-site at official World Cup stadium retail locations and Fan Fests in Philadelphia Physically active role: standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 30 lbs Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Must complete required accreditation and safety training Full availability required throughout the tournament (including evenings, weekends, and holidays) Mandatory attendance on all assigned match and event days ⚽ Why Join Elevate Staffing?
