Elevate USA is currently headhunting for two Logistics and Merchandising Co-Ordinator (Sacramento). Important: This is a strictly operational role focused on execution, physical set-up, and client relations. This is not a Brand Ambassador position. We are seeking high-energy, detail-oriented professionals who excel in autonomous, task-driven environments. The Package Rate: $32 per hour Travel: you must live 20-30 mins drive Sacramento) Mileage reimbursed at $0.725 per mile Hours: 25–35 hours per week (Flexible scheduling) MUST BE AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY, you agree on a schedule with the client Duration: 19th June– 8th July The Role: Representing a premium brand, you will be responsible for the seamless execution of on-site activations. You will act as the primary point of contact, managing everything from physical installation to digital reporting. Key Responsibilities: Client Liaison: Direct on-site communication to ensure all deliverables exceed expectations. Merchandising: Executing professional displays, brand visibility, and signage. Operations: Full management of event set-up and de-rig (breakdown). Reporting: Real-time submission of accurate post-event recaps and photo documentation. Compliance: Strict adherence to brand guidelines and safety protocols. Candidate Requirements Experience: Proven background in client-facing, task-oriented roles (Logistics/Merchandising). Physicality: Ability to safely lift and move up to 27kg (60 lbs.) Age: 21+ (environments may involve alcohol). Transport: Valid driver’s license and a reliable personal vehicle. Vetting: Willingness to undergo a background check (including MVR). Available Territories: San Francisco, and Sacramento.
