Start Date & Duration: June 29th for the next 3 weeks (through July 19 july
Hours: 25–35 hours per week (approx. 30 hours/week). You will collaborate directly with the client to create your flexible schedule.
Location: Candidates must live within a 30-minute drive of San Franciso
Rate: $32.00 per hour + mileage reimbursement at $0.725 per mile.
Job Description Summary
The Role: Representing a premium brand, you will be responsible for the seamless execution of on-site activations. You will act as the primary point of contact, managing everything from physical installation to digital reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Liaison: Direct on-site communication to ensure deliverables exceed expectations.
Merchandising: Executing professional displays, brand visibility, and signage.
Operations: Full management of event set-up and de-rig (breakdown).
Reporting: Real-time submission of accurate post-event recaps and photo documentation.
Compliance: Strict adherence to brand guidelines and safety protocols.
Candidate Requirements:
Experience: Proven background in client-facing, task-oriented roles (Logistics/Merchandising).
Physicality: Ability to safely lift and move up to 27kg (60 lbs).
Age: 21+ (environments may involve alcohol).
Transport: Valid driver’s license and a reliable personal vehicle.
Vetting: Willingness to undergo a background check (including MVR).
