Rate: Salary - $233.33/day + $60 for transportation to stadium per day + onsite meal
Key Responsibilities
As the Guest Services Venue Manager, you will be the on-site representative for all guest services operations at your assigned venue.
Key responsibilities include:
Pre-Event Operations:
Lead venue-level planning, reporting, and stakeholder coordination.
Oversee the Hostess Programme, including staffing, dot plan implementation, and workforce quality checks.
Support the Gift and Wristband Programmes, ensuring accurate stock control and proper distribution.
During the Event:
Attend all matches at the venue, ensuring flawless match day execution.
Supervise last-minute logistics, including gift distribution and on-the-ground team coordination.
Liaise daily with FIFA Hospitality Team, Catering, and Venue Operations for updates and issue resolution.
Post-Event:
Conduct team and venue debriefs.
Manage account reconciliation and cost reporting.
Support post-sales efforts such as follow-up gift deliveries and leftover stock management.
Who We’re Looking For You are an experienced operations or hospitality professional who thrives in a live event environment. You’re proactive, organized, and solutions-oriented — someone who remains calm under pressure and embraces challenges with a hands-on approach.
Essential Requirements:
Strong experience in logistics and operational planning.
Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Confident communicator with professional conduct.
Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and match days as required.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and adaptable to event-specific systems.
Preferred:
Previous experience managing suppliers or overseeing guest services in a live event or sports hospitality setting.
