I have been contracted by EPI promotions for over a year. The company has streamlined their recap onto their own ap. Account managers are helpful and informative. They really set you up for success. Onboarding is thorough and easy. They send out tools to get the job done. It’s been great.

What can this company improve?

I had trouble with the gps check in and the managers took care of it. It could have been the off premise location and not the ap. My phone only had one bar in and out of the store.

Don’t be so quick to judge & immediately fire your BA’s . Give people a chance. We are only human after all. I did many events with you and was always on time and always did my job. The one time I make a mistake you crucify me and fire me even after I took accountability. Not ok at all.

Timely booking, fair mileage reimbursement, easy activation! Had everything I needed and my district agent was available on the second ring when we did need her!

This was last minute and I provided promotional skills they needed for working same day in less than 5 hours of job offer. This is great and because of this I now have another platform to get offers! Thanks

This company was really great on taking care of their employees! The venue was awesome and the atmosphere just as great. EPI will make sure you are taken care of even on cancelled days that were scheduled to you! Great company :) Pay was biweekly I believe.

Very organized and communicative! Great turn around for pay. Product was pre-ordered at the store so out of pocket expenses were minimal. Would love to do more demos with this agency!

Excellent communication and training. I was only booked the night before the event and was given all training materials on email which helped me nail it as Production Manager. The event was on a Saturday, and I was paid the following Friday. I'm looking forward to my next event with EPI!
