worked with Eye-5 for several previous events. Amazon was my first time as a lead with them. This event is large and challenging as one must adapt to situations quickly and efficiently. Management was very supportive and the other leads worked together to solve issues quickly. Overall very positive

Although it was a long event, I really appreciated how Eye5 handled scheduling gaps. The team was quick to adapt and kept everyone engaged by assigning simple tasks even when not all BAs were on call yet. It made the day feel organized, which isn’t always easy at large events.
