This company offers many opportunities to work, and was flexible when I needed to change a booking due to a conflict. The event manager, Ashlee B., was fabulous communicating with me.

The number of opportunities offered are plentiful. Also, the communication leading up to the event and day of have been awesome.
What can this company improve?
They advertise that payment may take 30 days, but it has been longer. I've always had to contact the company to inquire about payment after 30 days. I don't know what their payroll process entails, but Lynne has been very responsive once I inquire.

Great communication from agency. Prepared with a zoom call and emails about the program. Team lead Sarah was organizing and prepared for a successful event. Kids really enjoyed the games,giveaways and free snacks!

Hiring was simple, virtual training and maps for setup and tent location were provided before the event, team lead working for the client company and fellow BA's were all great. I was scheduled as event back up and was able to work the full shift due to volume of foot traffic to the Hannaford tent.

Streamline the workflow process too much information that was irrelevant to the project that I was working. Become more automated. Still using outdated methods to check in and submit recap reports Invest in a website where BAs can check-in, upload pics and complete and upload recap reports.
