They’re very flexible with scheduling, have a great organizational system, & are really good with communication. They also have opportunities outside of the hourly work to make extra money!
What can this company improve?
Lower scores are for the team lead who tries to get people to land contracts with venues that he can take credit/get paid for. I would suggest they hire an actual account manager to avoid this. Team leads & BAs shouldn’t be responsible for those contracts.
Thanks Aujha. We pay every single week on Friday's. The only time this may be pushed back, is if the employee has not completed their onboarding. We do have a partnership manager who is in charge of solidifying partnerships. This is not the team leads job and is an optional bonus incentive.
